Great pizza and wings. Unless you get delivery.. you will wait at least an hour and everything will be cold :(
The customer service is definitely good, but their pizza just isn't that good. The toppings are average and the crust is pretty bland. The only thing keeping their number in my phone is the location being so close to my house.
Just had food delivered to me promptly. But unfortunately when I sat down to eat they brought me a pizza that isn't mine. Or they messed up my order. Not a big deal but it is important that they don't put the wrong toppings on pizza
It looks nothing like the website. I ordered the works with extra cheese. It was lacking in toppings and cheese. there was patches with the sauce exposed where cheese should have been. The toppings were very underwhelming. It looked like almost like a cheese pizza. I got one slice that had a decent amount of toppings and it was orgamiscally good, but the rest of the pizza was basically a cheese pizza. Also the pizza was slightly under cooked, when I bit into it, and looked at the bite, I could see a 1/8th inch layer of uncooked dough.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY! Poor management. I called to place a delivery order during lunch and Xin told me it would be 35-45min wait. 40 mins later I called back and Xin said it was on its way. Clearly he lied and 3 hrs later it was clear that my food wasn't coming anytime soon. Why lie, just say we can't deliver because we don't have drivers. So sad. Your lost not mine. I'm $20 richer
